Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order.
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.
